*Right to Know*

Free Soil travelled to Valencia, Spain to conduct research on the local orange industry in preparation for an exhibition at Sala Parpallo. We visited four farms that were either organic or in transition, met naranjeros, and had a look inside a local almacen, which is a washing, packing and storage center. Valencian shoppers spoke to us about where the food they bought originated. Demonstrators were planted in the trees and sent on the path from grove to market. 	The FRUIT wrappers are to be disseminated throughout the food chain using fruit as a medium. The Wrapper holds information on a variety of aspects concerning food movements, transport and urban farming.
